You agree to notify ph11.com's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or suspicious activity on, your Account. ph11.com will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
ph11.com employs session expiry, device recognition, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to help protect Accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via Account Settings. Accounts showing suspicious login patterns may be temporarily suspended pending identity verification — this is a protective measure and not a penalty.
ph11.com accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the payment methods listed on the ph11.com Cashier page, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment methods are subject to change at ph11.com's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph11.com does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges — such charges are your sole responsibility.
By depositing funds, you confirm that:
ph11.com operates an anti-money laundering (AML) compliance program. Transactions that trigger AML thresholds or appear unusual may be subject to enhanced due diligence, temporary hold, or reporting to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed once your KYC verification has been successfully completed. Withdrawals will be paid exclusively to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except where ph11.com determines otherwise for operational or security reasons.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where: (a) your Account is under investigation for Prohibited Conduct; (b) your KYC documentation is incomplete or has expired; (c) you have an outstanding wagering requirement on a bonus balance; or (d) ph11.com has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
ph11.com offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotional offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
ph11.com actively monitors for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine wagering intent to exploit deposit-match bonuses; and using betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk. ph11.com reserves the right to void bonus credits, void associated winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Each game available on ph11.com is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are playing.
ph11.com's slot games, Bingo, and standard casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair outcomes. Where bets are voided, the staked amount will be returned to your Account Balance.
In respect of sports betting, ph11.com's trading team sets and manages all odds. All sports betting wagers are subject to the ph11.com Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. ph11.com reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph11.com's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph11.com's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ph11.com.
ph11.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, the verified real-money Balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period following completion of any outstanding investigations.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting ph11.com's support team. Account closure does not cancel any obligations you have incurred prior to closure, including any outstanding KYC requirements in connection with pending withdrawal requests.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding ph11.com's services, you should first contact ph11.com's customer support team via Live Chat, Viber, Messenger, or by email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). ph11.com aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by ph11.com's support team, you may escalate the matter to ph11.com's Compliance Department by submitting a written complaint. ph11.com's Compliance Department will review the matter independently and provide a final written response within 14 business days.
ph11.com's final determination on disputes relating to game outcomes that are not caused by a technical malfunction is binding and final. In cases where a technical malfunction has materially affected a game result, ph11.com will void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service, and you waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.
ph11.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ph11.com will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations) may be made without advance notice.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Service and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
